El " Ferrocarril Chihuahua al Pacífico" (El Chepe), el único tren de pasajeros de México. Viaja a diario entre Los Mochis (Sinaloa) y Chihuahua capital (en ambas direcciones). El trayecto dura unas 15 horas (el tren parte a las 6 de la mañana de ambas ciudades) aunque lo habitual es pararse unos días en alguno de los pueblos intermedios y visitar la Barranca del Cobre.
"The Chihuahua to Pacifico railroad" (El Chepe). The only passenger train in Mexico. It runs daily between Los Mochis (Sinaloa) and Chihuahua city, both directions. It departs at 6 AM from each city, and the whole trip takes around 15 hours. Normally, people get off in some villages in order to visit Copper Canyon for some days.
First class cars. It works every day.

Second class, only three days a week. I travelled on Monday and there were only First class.

It's advisable to buy tickets in advance, but the day I travelled there were few people.

It's a long trip, but not boring. Between cars, the windows are opened, and people use them to take photos or smoke.
There is a stop of 20 minutos in Divisadero to go to the Copper Canyon viewpoint.

Gorditas stalls. A wide slice of corn flour, filled with meat.
Black corn gordita. And sauces.
